The Review

I was told this is for fans of the Fifty Shades series and thought the whole concept has been way too overdone but let me see what this has to offer.

I got an arc copy from the publisher in exchange for an honest review of this book. I honestly did not know that this is book 6 in the series of the Dark Kings.

Review

When I saw this book and saw the synopsis I though why not, because there aren’t enough smutty books out there in the world.

The story revolves around Jack and Lana, both have a bit of darkness from their pasts that they would just rather forget although when their worlds collide there is little they can do to hold it all in.

The Review

I read On the Island a few years ago and immediately fell in love with the authors story telling style so when I got my hands on Covet I knew without a doubt I would not be disappointed.

The Story revolves mostly around Claire and Chris who have been married for a while. Chris lost his job and is having trouble getting a new one. This obviously puts a severe strain the finances and their relationship. Chris’s ego has taken a major hit and while Claire tries her best to help she feels completely shut out.

The Pleasure Principle by Jane O’Reilly

Going by the title of the book you already know where this is heading right? How ironic that my first read for 2015 was some random steamy title. This title will be available for purchase from the 30th of January so keep an eye out for it. This is just one of those titles that you already know what it is going to be about. This is a Carina title, and usually they are feel good love stories with the usual happy ending which from time to time I like to indulge in, It lets me escape from the fact that real life doesn’t often function in this way.

Review

So the story is about Verity, a 6 foot twenty something year old woman who lacks self-confidence. This is only made worse when her so-called ex boyfriend chooses to reveal to an online community how bad she was in bed. Then this hottie or rather her boss that is a hottie (Cal) invites her to a party at his house. To prove she isn’t that much of a prude she decides to go and have some fun. This all goes pear-shaped as the party is a bit more than she anticipated. Lets just say that there is more to parties that just good company and laughter.
